Refund Policy

Ask My Alpha builds a custom AI product for each client. Our work starts as soon as onboarding starts, and that time and work cannot be given back. So our sales are final, with the exceptions on this page. If a signed client agreement differs from this policy, the agreement controls.
Build fee
If you cancel in writing before your onboarding call, we refund the build fee in full. From the onboarding call onward, the build fee is non-refundable, in full or in part, because we have started building your product. This applies at every stage of the build, whether you paid in one payment or in installments.
Payment plans
If you split the build fee with Splitit or another payment plan, the full amount is owed once it becomes non-refundable. Stopping or disputing an installment does not cancel the rest. Splitit's own terms govern the hold on your card.
Alpha Developer Team
The Alpha Developer Team is billed monthly, in advance. You can cancel at any time in Whop or by email. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund partial months or unused time.
Tool costs
You pay AI and hosting providers, such as Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Replicate and Cloudflare, directly in your own accounts. Those charges are between you and each provider, and we cannot refund them.
Billing errors
If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days. We refund the extra amount within 10 business days after we confirm it.
Talk to us before a chargeback
If you have a problem with a charge, email team@askmyalpha.com first. We reply within 2 business days and work with you to fix it. You agree not to dispute a charge that this policy makes final with your bank, card company or payment platform.
If you do, we respond with the signed agreement, the terms you accepted at checkout, and records of the work we delivered, such as call recordings, demos, messages and product logs. While a dispute is open, we may pause support and new work. Your product keeps running in your own accounts. You remain responsible for the amount, plus any dispute fees and reasonable collection costs we incur. A chargeback does not cancel what you owe.
Your rights under law
Nothing in this policy removes a right that the law does not allow you to give up.
