Your Alpha is an AI assistant trained on your coach's courses, calls, and other approved content. It is not the coach and is not a person. AI labels identify it in the chat. It must answer truthfully when asked if it is human.
Answers and sources
Your Alpha generates answers from the content available to it. Answers show linked lessons or call timestamps so you can check the source. AI can misunderstand a question, miss context, or give an incorrect answer. A source link does not guarantee accuracy. Rate an answer or ask the team if something looks wrong.
Voice calls
Where voice is enabled, calls use a synthetic voice made with the coach's direct consent. Hearing that voice does not mean the coach is speaking, listening live, or personally approving each answer. An AI label must remain clear in the voice experience.
Limits
Your Alpha does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. It makes no income promises or guarantees of results. Check significant decisions with a qualified person. Do not rely on it in an emergency.
Reach a human
Choose Ask the team inside your coach's Alpha to send a question to their team. Replies follow the coach's support hours and are not instant. For questions about Ask My Alpha or an application, email team@askmyalpha.com.
Content and privacy
The coach's content stays in their accounts, and AI providers are configured not to train their models on it. The coach decides which approved content is available and controls their student data. See our Privacy Policy, Data Deletion page, and your coach's own privacy notice.
