Can't I just put my files into a chatbot myself?
You can try. A general chatbot won't check who has paid, link answers to the call and minute, send hard questions to your team, or keep learning from your new calls. Those are the parts we build.
How much content do I need?
Less than you think. Start with one clear use, like answering student questions, and the content you already have for it. Course lessons and group calls work best.
My content is all over the place. Is that a problem?
No. Send us whatever you have, in any format, from Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, Skool or your course platform. We sort it, clean it and load it.
Will it ever get something wrong?
Yes, AI can be wrong. So every answer shows its source, students can rate it, and you fix wrong answers from your team dashboard.
Can I sell access to it?
Yes. Put it behind your paywall as its own offer, include it in your program, or both. We'll do the entire setup for you, so you can start selling it from day one.
What happens to private information?
Your content stays in your accounts, and the AI company doesn't train its models on it. You list what's off limits and we take it out before loading. We never load health, payment or ID details.
What happens after I say yes?
You sign and get a 30 minute onboarding, step by step. We gather your content and load it. Every week you get a 30 minute demo of the new version, built from your feedback. In week 4 your Alpha launches to your community.
Are there any costs after the build?
Only the tools, paid directly at their normal prices without markups, with a monthly cap you set. A chat answer costs about $0.02. An agent task, where your Alpha does the work for a student step by step, uses about 10 times more, so about $0.20. Voice calls cost about $0.10 a minute, images about $0.05 each and video about $0.17 a second, only if you turn them on. Plus the usual hosting, domain and email that costs an average of $300 a year. The Alpha Dev Team, $2,000 a month, is optional.
Do I need the Alpha Dev Team plan to keep it running?
No. Your Alpha keeps running without it. The plan is for coaches who want to keep adding new features and AI skills for their community. Say your students need a sales script, an ad or a business plan: we can build a skill that does the work with them step by step, using everything your Alpha knows and the exact steps you teach, and many more skills like it. We also load your new content every night and monitor your platform 24/7. If you'd rather do that yourself, we teach your team how. Cancel any time.
How does my Alpha learn my new content?
Every night. Your new lessons, calls and notes go into one shared folder, and your Alpha reads them overnight. So it is never more than one day behind the real you. You see each update in your Team Dashboard settings.
Will it really sound like me?
Yes. It learns from your own courses and calls, so it uses your words, your frameworks and your examples. You check it in the weekly demos during the build and tell us what to change.
Who owns it?
You do. It runs on your domain, your hosting and your accounts. You own the platform, the data and the source code. If you stop working with us, it keeps running. You can change it like any website, and you get full documentation on how everything works. For bigger changes or new features, join the Alpha Dev Team for as long as you need, or give the documentation to any developer you hire.
