Terms of Service
Operator: Ask My Alpha is operated by Two Digital Creatives LLC
Contact: team@askmyalpha.com
These terms cover visiting askmyalpha.com and submitting an application. By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any organization you represent.
Applications
Give accurate information and use contact details you are authorized to share. Applying does not create a client agreement, guarantee acceptance, or require either side to buy or deliver a build. If applying for someone else, that person must give direct consent before we build an AI that speaks like them. A No answer is a disclosure, not consent.
Paid builds and ownership
A signed client agreement sets the scope, payment, timing, support, and service terms for a paid build. That agreement gives the client ownership of their platform, data, and source code, and takes priority over these site terms. Third party services and libraries retain their own licenses and terms. Client tools run in the client's accounts, and the client pays those providers directly. Any free pilot has its own written terms.
No promised results or income
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, student outcomes, or a return on the cost of a build. Examples and sample dashboard numbers illustrate a feature and are not evidence of results. Launch timing depends on the signed agreement, content access, consent, and timely feedback.
AI limitations
An Alpha is an AI assistant and can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable. Check its sources and important answers. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. See our AI Disclosure and Acceptable Use policy.
Site use and content
Do not interfere with the site, submit harmful or unlawful material, impersonate someone, or try to access information you are not allowed to see. Ask My Alpha retains rights to its site and brand assets. These terms do not restrict the ownership rights a client receives under a signed build agreement.
Availability and third parties
The site is provided as available. We aim to keep it useful and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error free information. External providers have their own terms, prices, and availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ask My Alpha is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from this site or an application. Our total liability under these site terms is limited to US $100. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it, and does not replace liability terms in a signed client agreement or remove mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These site terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, except where mandatory local law applies. The appropriate courts in Florida will hear disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by changing the date above. Contact team@askmyalpha.com about the site, an application, or these terms. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
