These rules apply when you use a coach's Alpha or interact with Ask My Alpha. You must be 18 or older. Follow your coach's program rules and access conditions as well.
Know who you are talking to
Your Alpha is an AI assistant trained on your coach's content, not the coach or another person. It must be labeled as AI. If you ask whether it is human, it must answer truthfully. Report an answer that hides or misstates that fact.
Check important answers
AI can be wrong. Review linked sources and ask a person when an answer affects a significant decision. Your Alpha is not a source of medical, legal, or financial advice. It does not promise income or business results. Never use it as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency services.
Respect people and privacy
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate anyone. Do not submit private recordings without permission, another person's sensitive information, payment details, government IDs, or health information. Use only content you are allowed to share.
Protect access
Do not share paid access, bypass a paywall, probe security, send automated abuse, scrape or bulk extract content, or access another student's account. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, or content that violates others' rights.
Voice and identity
A synthetic version of a coach's voice may be used only with that coach's direct consent. Do not present AI text or voice as a real personal statement, private conversation, or endorsement from the coach.
Get help or report misuse
Use Ask the team in your coach's Alpha to reach their team. That route is not an emergency service. You can also contact team@askmyalpha.com. Access may be restricted for misuse. See our AI Disclosure for more information.
